Dr. Chain, President and CEO, founded Mindset in February 1997, and has recruited a world-class team to accelerate Mindset's R&D programs and commercial development. Dr. Chain earned his Ph.D. at the Weizmann Institute of Science and was a post-doctoral research fellow at Columbia University where he conducted research into the molecular basis of memory.

Dr. Gädicke founded the MPM Group in 1992. Dr. Gädicke received an MD from J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt. He is a member of Advisory Councils for Harvard Medical School, The Health Science and Technology Program of Harvard University and MIT, and the Whitehead Institute at MIT. Dr. Gädicke is currently Chairman of Centagenetix, and a director of Biovitrum, Double Twist, Endeavor Pharmaceuticals, Genteric, Kourion, Novirio Pharmaceuticals, Pharmasset, Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, and ViaCell.

Dr. Goldberg is a full professor at Harvard Medical School since 1977. He is internationally renowned as a cell biologist and has consulted regularly for major biotechnology companies. Dr. Goldberg has served on the boards of Biogen and Proscript.

Dr. Langer is the Vice President for Molecular Biology and Drug Discovery at Compugen. Previously, Dr. Langer was President of R&D of Synthelabo, Paris, and head of the Department of Pharmacology at the Wellcome Research Laboratories in England. He is the President of the Latin American Society of Pharmacology, Vice President of the Collegium Internationale Neuropsychopharmacologicum and Honorary Professor at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Dr. Mansford is a Principle of Mansford Associates, a leading consulting group serving the international biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, and is currently a non-executive director of Sepracor, Inc. Formerly, he was head of R&D and a group board member of SmithKlineBeecham. Dr. Mansford has held non-executive directorships at SkyePharma, Kudos Pharmaceuticals and Proteome Sciences.

Dr. Mascioli is a principal at MPM Capital. Previously he was a Senior Medical Director at Parexel, an international CRO. He received a Masters Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Dr. Schickler is the CEO of CureTech Ltd. and the Managing Partner of Clal Life Sciences L.P., the research center of Clal Biotechnology Industries. He is also the co-chairman of Israel Biotechnology Organization and a director of Mediwound Ltd. Prior thereto, Dr. Schickler was Vice President for Development of Pharmos Corporation and Managing Director of Pharmos Ltd. Prior to joining Pharmos, Dr. Schickler held research positions with Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. Dr. Schickler earned his Ph.D. from the Weizmann Institute of Science, has a M.Sc. in immunology from the Tel-Aviv University and holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Humberside, UK.
